Do all wigs come ready to wear?

Yes, all custom units, closure and frontal units come fully customized with plucked hairline and bleached knots. Frontal Wigs will need additional customizing of the lace for a more seamless look. 

 

If I order a wig today, will I receive it by next week?

All online payments are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. On average, most orders are shipped within 7-10 days. However, it is recommended to place your order a bit earlier than expected, to avoid any unexpected delays with shipping carrier (USPS) due to weather related conditions.

 

My wig does not fit?

All wigs are made to order using your own unique measurement at time of purchase.  Use our Wig Measurement Guide before placing an order to ensure you are following our guidelines. If your wig is loose, use the adjustable straps located in the inside back of the wig to adjust to your head size. For a snug fit, use our wig grip band for a more secure fit.

 

How soon do I receive a "Ready To Ship" Wig?

Ready to Ship wigs are processed and shipped within 3 days after purchase. 

 

Can I expedite my order? Is it an additional charge?

We do offer express shipping (3-5) business days on selected items for an additional charge.  

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

Unfortunately, pick ups are not available until further notice. Shipping only!

 

Do you offer custom coloring on wigs/bundles?

YES, you can add a custom color to any of our products. We only offer virgin and raw hair extensions (no synthetic). Please, take note if you intend to color any curly texture, curl pattern will be loosened and excessive bleaching may damage the hair cuticles. If you want a (rainbow) color, it is advised to order blonde extensions/wigs to minimize a long coloring process. Email us if you need more details.

Returns/Refunds

If for some reason after receiving your order, there are inconsistencies or it does not fit, DO NOT comb, brush, cut or alter the wig in anyway. Re-Package the wig to its original state and contact us immediately via email HAIRwegoNOWLLC@gmail.com. We only accept exchanges, No Refunds. You have 48 hours to contact us after wig is received. After this time period, we will not accept the wig for an exchange.

 

What if I want to exchange it for something else?

We may have ready to ship wigs available for immediate shipping or within our normal processing time (7-10 days). If you want to exchange for one of the stock wigs, please specify in email.

 

Do you offer refunds/ exchanges?

Yes, we offer refunds on products and extensions ONLY. All custom wigs are FINAL SALE. Please read our refund policy page.
